How is pricing determined?
Alloy wire is priced per order against live metal markets — we don’t fix prices for a period, because copper can move significantly within a month. Send your specifications and quantities for a current quotation.
Who do I sign the contract with?
You choose how to buy: sign your purchase contract directly with our manufacturing partner’s factory, or with XinMaterials as your local counterparty. Either way, XinMaterials coordinates the quotation, terms, documentation, and local after-sales support — in your time zone, in plain English.
Do you provide samples?
Yes — trial and sample orders are welcome. Evaluate material quality first, then scale to production volumes with confidence.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by product line and specification. Send us your target material, size, and quantity and we’ll confirm.
What quality documents come with the material?
Mill test certificates and compliance documentation (e.g. RoHS) are available on request. Tell us what your QA department needs and we’ll arrange it with the factory.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on the product, specification, and quantity, and is quoted with each order. Sample quantities ship fastest.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are set out in the factory contract and confirmed at the quotation stage. Contact us to discuss what works for your order.
Do you serve customers outside Ontario?
Yes — we serve manufacturers, distributors, and assembly houses across Canada from our base in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Can you make custom sizes or specifications?
Yes. Custom sizes, tempers, and small-batch OEM runs are available across wire, stranded, and alloy products — send your drawings or target specs.
